A power hour for real estate lawyers to improve their capabilities to negotiate and draft solar project leases (and easements and similar site control agreements), whether working for project developers, or for host landowners. This session will cover leases of privately owned land used to host utility-scale greenfield ground-mount photovoltaic solar energy generation and storage projects.  Our advanced discussion will assume participants have leasing and easement experience. We welcome hearing from participants in advance with their questions, lessons-learned stories, or scenarios, that we might have time to weave into the discussion content (anonymously without attribution).
