ACRELive! Energize Your Solar Leasing Capability
A power hour for real estate lawyers to improve their capabilities to negotiate and draft solar project leases (and easements and similar site control agreements), whether working for project developers, or for host landowners. This session will cover leases of privately owned land used to host utility-scale greenfield ground-mount photovoltaic solar energy generation and storage projects. Our advanced discussion will assume participants have leasing and easement experience. We welcome hearing from participants in advance with their questions, lessons-learned stories, or scenarios, that we might have time to weave into the discussion content (anonymously without attribution). He currently is a Senior Developer for Pattern Energy, which is a significant developer of renewable energy projects across North America with 30 different facilities already operating to produce around 6 gigawatts of energy and more than 20 additional gigawatts of energy generation in its development and construction portfolio. Pablo holds a master’s degree of Environmental Science from Florida International University, and is passionate about contributing toward a sustainable future for his family and future generations. |
